Pat Haney has spent the last 21 years of his professional career in the commercial finance and factoring business. In 1991, he co-founded Healthcare Capital Management which was created to provide working capital credit facilities to healthcare providers throughout the southeast and was named the "Preferred Provider" to the Louisiana Hospital Association. Commercial Capital Holding was subsequently founded in 1994 and acted as the corporate umbrella for three lending subsidiaries including Healthcare Capital. Commercial Capital was acquired by Crestmark Bank in December 2007 and serves as its regional presence in the southern United States. Mr. Haney has served as a board member of the International Factoring Association and has been a speaker and panel member for a number of national associations, including the CFA and IFA.

JACK A. TALKINGTON joined the Company in January 2001 as Chief Financial Officer. Prior to joining the Company, he served as a Senior Vice President for a major home equity and sub-prime lender where his role included that of Controller and Operational Officer. His background also includes public accounting and financial institution experience. Mr. Talkington graduated from Arkansas Tech University in 1978 with a Bachelor degree in Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Christy Morgan, Vice President Underwriting; 14 years service with Crestmark Capital Member of the following organizations: Louisiana Notary Association, Financial Management Association, National Honor Society, Beta Gamma Sigma. Graduated Southeastern Louisiana University Magna Cum Laude - B.S Finance.

Brett Hossley, Vice President Credit Administration; 8 years with Crestmark Capital, over 20 years cumulative experience in finance and accounts receivable factoring.

Bob Bacon, Vice President; 11 years with Crestmark Capital, over 20 years cumulative experience in both commercial finance and factoring. Bob also holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration.

Michelle Myers, Business Development Officer; 2 years service with Crestmark Capital, over 10 years management and sales experience in the financial industry. Graduate of Louisiana State University- B.F.A. Graphic Design and Art History, series 6 and 63 licensed member of the NASD.
